SES Core Philosophy
The firm's core philosophy is based on two Chinese characters: Xin (heart) and Fa (method). Separately, these two Chinese characters have unrelated meanings. Together, the two words, Xin Fa, take on a different context - by putting the heart into what one does, one achieves mastery.
