Judy Seto is Managing Director, Greater China, based in Hong Kong. She co-leads the firm's Consumer, Retail & Hospitality Practice Group.

With a career in executive search spanning over two decades, Ms Seto focuses on building key management teams for multinationals, Asian conglomerates and private equity backed ventures in Hong Kong, China and the Asia Pacific region. She has worked extensively across diverse industries, including apparel, consumer products, technology, financial services, sourcing and supply chain management, industrial products and manufacturing. Throughout the years, Ms Seto has worked with companies in scaling their businesses in Asia, from mid cap to billion dollar players.
