Judy Seto is Managing Director, Greater China, based in Hong Kong. She co-leads the firm's Consumer, Retail & Hospitality Practice Group.

With a career in executive search spanning over two decades, Ms Seto focuses on building key management teams for multinationals, Asian conglomerates and private equity backed ventures in Hong Kong, China and the Asia Pacific region. She has worked extensively across diverse industries, including apparel, consumer products, technology, financial services, sourcing and supply chain management, industrial products and manufacturing. Throughout the years, Ms Seto has worked with companies in scaling their businesses in Asia, from mid cap to billion dollar players. In addition to being co-head of the Consumer Practice Group, Ms Seto is an active member of the Financial Services/Private Equity and Technology Practice Groups.

Ms Seto was formerly with Spencer Stuart and in 1988, co founded the Hong Kong office of a premier search firm, which became the local partner for Greater China of Ward Howell International in 1989. In 1998, with the listing of Ward Howell in the US, the Asian partner companies of Ward Howell merged and established SES, the Strategic Executive Search Group. Ms Seto also served as an Alternate Member of the International Council of Ward Howell from 1996-1997. In her earlier career, Ms Seto worked in leasing and various financial roles with the Hong Kong Land Group in Hong Kong, in marketing with Nestle's in Switzerland, oil financing with the Christiana Bank in Norway, and as Vice President of AIESEC Inc in Montreal, Canada.

Born and raised in Calgary, Canada, Ms Seto graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Ms Seto is an avid skier, diver, and enjoys gastronomy.
