Paul Lee is the Vice President of SES based in Seoul.

Over the past 10 years, Paul Lee, as one of the leading executive search practitioners in the IT industry in Korea, has led and supported hundreds of senior level search engagements in Information and Telecommunication, semiconductor, industrial sectors. His clients are composed of large multinationals, Korean conglomerates and venture companies. He has also handled senior level assignments in Internet related industries, fast moving consumer goods, and health care companies. His main areas also include functional areas such as CFO and Human Resource Manager positions across various industries.

Mr. Lee began his executive search career in 1992 when he joined Top Business Consultants Services, Inc., one of the largest and oldest retained search firms in Korea, as a Senior Researcher. From 1994 to 1997, Mr. Lee worked at Surveyor Indonesia Korea, a multi-national pre-shipment company, as the HR Manager. Prior to joining Top Business Consultants Services, Inc. again in 2000 as Director, he worked for KK Consulting, as a founding member and Director.

Paul Lee completed his premedical course at Yonsei University in 1982, graduated from Assumption University in Thailand with a B.B.A. degree in 1987 and studied business administration in Cardiff University in the U.K. and obtained his D.B.A, in 1991 and M.B.A. in 1992.
