Paul Lo is Managing Director, Greater China of the SES Group, based in Taipei.

With over 14 years in executive search, Mr Lo has conducted searches across all disciplines. He is an active member of the Group's Technology, Industrial Supply Chain, and Consumer, Retail & Hospitality Practice Groups. Mr Lo also drives the Technology Practice Group's efforts in the Software and Communications Sectors.

Prior to entering the executive search industry in 1994 with SES, Mr Lo was Regional Strategic Planning Manager at Philips NV, engaged in marketing and strategic planning of the company’s electronic component operations in the Asia Pacific region. His career also included Strategic Marketing Consultant at Columbia Associates, a Taiwan based management consultancy; Material Planner with The Franklin Mint; and Customer Service Engineer at Wang Laboratories.

Born in the US, educated in Taiwan from elementary through high school, Mr Lo graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and completed an MBA at West Chester University. Mr Lo is fully bicultural and bilingual, in English and Mandarin.
