Ms Chen is Executive Director with the SES Group, based in Singapore.

Ms Chen joined the SES Group as a Search Consultant in 1995. She has conducted search assignments for senior executives within the South East Asia region in the technology, financial, pharmaceutical, and fast-moving consumer goods industries, covering a diverse range of functional areas.

Before entering the search industry, Ms Chen was the Director of Finance & Administration for a Singapore based engineering services firm. Her earlier career involved various capacities, including Senior Consultant with Drake International, Management Consultant with MSD Consultants and Marketing Representative with IBM Singapore.

Born and raised in Singapore, Ms Chen graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Tennessee in1988 and a Master of Human Resource Management from Rutgers University in 1995. She is fully bicultural and speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
